Growing up watching his mother flip houses had a powerful effect on young Samuel Katz. He realized that by putting in the necessary effort, you could find success in the real estate industry.
Now, having spent the last nine years assisting clients in all facets of real estate transactions, he focuses on luxury condo buyers in the Galleria, River Oaks, West University and Heights neighborhoods, putting that knowledge to work for his clients. His previous sales experience taught him not only how to sell, but also how to efficiently manage the sales process.
When working with clients, Katz prefers a casual, low-key approach. “I can’t stand high-pressure sales tactics,” he emphasizes. “I feel it’s best to give clients honest information that helps them make an informed decision. I try to treat my clients with respect and honesty. I think they really appreciate that.”
