CHARDON
From TableOne Hospitality, Chardon is a modern brasserie, taking a lighter approach to traditional French fare. Once again led by Sol 7’s Alexandre Viriot, the bistro will source locally farmed ingredients, serving lunch and dinner and opened its doors in February 2025.
Maven Coffee & Cocktails
Astros pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. and partners Juan Carlos Marteniz de Aldecoa and Jimmy Doan have expanded
their highly successful mobile cart coffee business to The Allen. Self-described as a “coffee-by-day, cocktails-by-night atmosphere,” the shop had its grand opening on May 1st 2024.
Sol 7
Sol 7 offers a diverse culinary experience featuring global flavors such as Gulf red snapper ceviche and Peruvian corn in leche de tigre marinade. Sol 7 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as The Allen’s premier dining destination.
Toca Madera
